Developing a Certificate Course in Clinical Nurse Mentorship for Sri Lanka

A one day workshop was organized by the Institute for Research & Development in Health & Social Care with the aim to brainstorm and generate ideas through the expert opinion of those in attendance on the topic of “Developing a Certificate Course in Clinical Nurse Mentorship for Sri Lanka” .

The workshop was conducted in collaboration with the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) and the Ministry of Health and Indigenous Medical Services, Sri Lanka.
