Meet Our 2025 Mentees

As part of the International Society for Twin Studies (ISTS) Congress 2025, the Institute for Research and Development in Health and Social Care proudly launched the Mentoring Scheme for Early and Mid-Career Sri Lankan Researchers.

Following a nationwide Call for Applications, ten outstanding researchers were selected from across Sri Lanka, representing a wide range of academic disciplines. Each mentee was chosen for their proven dedication to research excellence, leadership potential, and commitment to long-term professional growth.

This five-year mentoring programme connects early and mid-career researchers with internationally recognized experts, providing personalized guidance, opportunities for global collaboration, and support to strengthen their academic and professional impact.
