Sathya Bulathwela is an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka and a member of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, Sri Lanka, where she ranked second in order of merit. She received a merit-based scholarship to pursue her Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Pennsylvania State University, United States, specializing in International, Foreign, and Comparative Law, as well as Immigration and Migration. Sathya has been a dedicated legal and interdisciplinary researcher for over a decade.
